引进“simplehtmldom_1_5/simple_html_dom.php” 时出现 Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding()

原因是：php-mbstring默认是关闭的，要打开，widows操作系统的话，进行如下操作：

找到php.ini，找到

;extension=php_mbstring.dll

删掉 “;”即可解决问题
